Shell's Sugar is a cottage food business operated by Travis and Shelly Pruitt in Redmond, Washington. We make custom edible-ink-printed sugar cookies and deliver them within 50 miles of Redmond, WA.

Third-Party Services

  • OpenRouter / Google AI: Powers our conversational ordering assistant and generates cookie preview images. Your order details are processed through AI models to help design your cookies.
  • Resend: Sends order confirmation and notification emails.
  • Railway: Hosts our website infrastructure.

These services process data only as needed to fulfill your order and are subject to their own privacy policies.

Data Storage & Retention

Your order information is stored on our secure servers for the purpose of fulfilling your order and maintaining order history. We retain order data for up to 12 months after delivery, after which it may be deleted.

Reference photos you upload are used only for your cookie design and are not retained after your order is complete.

Our website does not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics. We do not run ads or track you across other websites.
